I'm a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratories of Pardis Sabeti at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard and Charles Rice at the Rockefeller University. I work at the intersection of virology, immunology and systems biology and develop high-throughput methods to decode viral genomes and to infer their interaction with the immune system.
