I'm an Assistant Professor of Microbiology at Harvard Medical School and head of the Laboratory of Systems Virology.

My lab works at the intersection of virology, immunology and systems biology. We develop high-throughput methods to decode viral genomes and infer the interaction between viruses and the immune system.
